Mitch Szydlowski is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Director Of Operations at Ambrell Induction Heating Solutions since February 2018, Mitch oversees all operational aspects, including Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Notably, Mitch received the 2019 Manufacturing Leadership Council Operational Excellence award for significant improvements in lead time and on-time delivery. With previous roles at Harris RF Communications, MKS Instruments, Delphi Automotive Systems, and Champion, Mitch has demonstrated expertise in project management, lean manufacturing, and production management, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
