Manthan Rawat is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience at Ambit Private Limited since January 2021, currently serving as a Senior Associate in the Digital and New Age Business Practice, focusing on assisting Indian startups in securing capital and strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Manthan held positions as Associate and Analyst within the same practice at Ambit. From September 2016 to April 2020, Manthan worked at BSR & Co. LLP (KPMG India) as a Senior in Deal Advisory, specializing in M&A and PE Tax, and previously served as a Staff Accountant in the same area.
