Michael Armer is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with extensive experience in information security management across various industries. Currently serving as GVP CISO at RingCentral since September 2022 and previously in the same role at 8x8 from April 2019 to September 2022, Michael has been responsible for comprehensive security management, compliance, strategic planning, and governance. Prior to these roles, Michael served as VP CISO at Barrick Gold Corporation, contributing to the company's digital transformation and cybersecurity strategy. Michael's career also includes a significant tenure as CISO at Lam Research and positions at CloudVector as a Board Advisor.
