Cinthia Klumpp has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Cinthia began their career as a Communication Trainee at Baxter in 2008 and later joined DryWash as an International Business Analyst in 2010. Cinthia then took on roles as Communication and Marketing Analyst and Marketing and Sales Coordinator at DryWash. In 2012, they transitioned to Stryker, where they worked as a Marketing Coordinator and eventually became a Product Manager. In 2015, they moved to Ambev and served as a Capabilities Manager before becoming a Brand Manager for several brands including Corona and Antarctica. Cinthia also worked as a Customer Insights Manager for Skol and was recently promoted to the position of Skol & Spaten Marketing Director.
Cinthia Klumpp holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of São Paulo, which they earned in 2009. In 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2012, they also completed a course in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from the same institution. Cinthia further expanded their knowledge and expertise by completing a Master's degree in Communication and Semiotics from the PontifÃcia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2016. In 2007, they participated in an Exchange Program at the Universitat de Barcelona, focusing on Communication and Media Studies. Currently, their educational background includes various degrees and courses in the fields of Communication, Business Administration, and Marketing.
