Drew Humphreys has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Hubs at Amber since December 2021. Prior roles at Amber include Contact Centre Manager, Operations Team Leader, and Customer Service Team Leader. Before joining Amber, Drew Humphreys worked at SMS plc as a Customer Service Team Lead from July 2018 to September 2021, and at Ladbrokes Coral from July 2006 to April 2018, where Drew held the title of Manager.
