Taggra Jackson has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they interned at the US House Representative Lois Capps' District Office, where they gained skills in research, communication, and understanding the structure of a government office. In 2017, they interned with Dr. Taylor (MD), shadowing and gaining knowledge about patient interactions, consultations, and medical procedures. In 2018, they worked as a Gap Medics Intern, shadowing OBGYNs in Croatia and observing major medical operations. Taggra then joined Illumina as a Clinical Laboratory Tech II, from October 2018 to April 2019. Taggra also worked at Cepheid as a Research Associate in R&D Infectious Disease from May 2019 to July 2020. Taggra then moved to Harpoon Therapeutics, working as a Research Associate from August 2020 to August 2022. Currently, Taggra is a Sr. Research Associate at Ambagon Therapeutics, starting in August 2022.
Taggra Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology and Chemistry from Westmont College, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Biotechnology at the University of San Francisco from 2018 to 2020.
