Subbu Dhulipala began their work experience as a Systems Executive at Pointsoft Ltd in 1998. Subbu then worked as an Oracle Consultant at VJIL Consulting Limited from 2000 until 2004. In 2005, they joined the Ministry of Electricity & Water, Bahrain as a Senior Software Specialist. In 2007, they became a Consultant at MBIA until 2009. Subsequently, they held various roles at Ambac Financial Group, starting as a Consultant in 2009 and eventually becoming the Vice President.

Subbu Dhulipala attended Osmania University from 1993 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
