Swan Cecatto is an experienced professional in quality management and sustainability within the food industry, currently serving as the TS&D Sustainability Manager at AMB Spa since December 2018. Prior to this role, Swan worked as a Quality Manager at Settore Carni from November 2009 to December 2018, overseeing compliance with USDA APHIS and IFS standards, managing complaints, supplier relations, and maintenance operations. Earlier experience includes a Quality Assurance Quality Control position at Settore Carni from October 2005 to October 2009, focusing on IFS and BRC certifications, microbiological laboratory work, and regulatory affairs. Swan holds a Laurea Magistrale in Scienze e tecnologie alimentari from Università degli Studi di Udine, obtained from 2000 to 2005.
