Yuanxia Ding is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, management, and strategic operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Career Choice Pathways at Amazon since June 2020, Yuanxia oversees education and skills-training initiatives aimed at advancing the careers of Amazonians in various in-demand fields. Previous roles include Chief Impact Officer at Skills Fund, Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations at Opportunity@Work, and Chief of Staff to the Under Secretary at the U.S. Department of Education. Yuanxia's early career involved consulting at McKinsey & Company and operational leadership at Teach For America.
