Srushti Khade is an experienced operations and process engineer with a strong background in continuous improvement and supply chain management. Currently employed at Amazon as an Operations Engineer since July 2021, Srushti previously held the position of Continuous Improvement Engineer at TAG - Truck Accessories Group, LLC, where notable achievements included leading Kaizen events that resulted in significant efficiency gains and cost savings in manufacturing processes. Prior experience spans internships and roles at Momentive, Volkswagen India, and Forbes Marshall, where Srushti implemented various process optimizations and lean manufacturing techniques.
