Seema Gupta is a highly experienced supply chain executive currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Optimization Technologies at Amazon since July 2021, where the focus is on addressing complex supply chain challenges at scale. Prior to Amazon, Seema held the role of Leadership Partner for Supply Chain at Gartner, advising Fortune 500 leaders from March 2020 to June 2021. Seema also led the supply chain efforts at Bird from 2018 to 2019, overseeing significant team expansion and operational scaling. Before that, Seema served as Head of Global Planning Development at Tesla, where innovations in supply chain processes supported a major production ramp. Seema's extensive experience includes key roles at HP, ranging from Director of Supply Chain Optimization to various positions in strategic planning and operations management. Seema holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Engineering and Industrial Engineering, respectively, from Stanford University.
