Samantha Larsen is a User Experience Researcher with diverse experience across major companies including Amazon, where roles included User Experience Researcher for Amazon Books and Amazon Fresh, and Wayfair, focusing on the Post Purchase Experience. Prior to these positions, Samantha served as a Workplace Consultant at Steelcase and interned at O'Leary and Partners. Additionally, Samantha founded GlobeTrotter, a travel smartphone application. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Wake Forest University and a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business.
