Roshan Kumar has extensive experience in operational management and logistics, currently serving as Director, Operations at Amazon since April 2015. Previous roles at Amazon include General Manager, Zonal Manager, Site Leader for Fulfillment Center, and Channel Development Manager, focusing on establishing large-scale delivery channels for Last Mile in Central and East India and developing the delivery and pickup network across Central India. Prior to Amazon, Roshan worked at Castrol as Regional Logistics Manager for South India, overseeing warehouse operations, secondary freight management, transportation contract development, customer service, and safety management. Roshan’s career commenced with a position as Assistant Manager in Quality Assurance at Maruti Udyog Limited, and included an internship at GlaxoSmithKline. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Operations Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur.
