Rashad Drakeford is a seasoned professional in creative content leadership with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Global Content Creative for Amazon Music since July 2022, Rashad previously founded and managed Ericsson Street, a creative agency connecting brands to contemporary culture. Rashad held pivotal roles at Robinhood as Head of Content Marketing, at Apple as Global Content Lead for Beats by Dre, and at REVOLT where contributions included Senior Director of Digital Content. Earlier career experiences include positions at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., the U.S. Department of Energy, and significant involvement in the Obama-Biden Transition Project and the Obama for America campaign. Rashad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Hampton University.
