Rajeev Badyal is a technology executive with extensive experience in leading innovative projects across multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology for Project Kuiper at Amazon since October 2018, Rajeev previously held the position of Vice President for Satellites at SpaceX from April 2014 to June 2018. At Microsoft, Rajeev worked as General Manager for Hardware from October 1999 to April 2014, where leadership was demonstrated in the development of the Zune hardware and optical mouse technology. Rajeev began professional career at Hewlett Packard, serving as Engineering Manager from February 1989 to October 1999, playing a pivotal role in the invention of thermal inkjet print heads and optical mouse technology. Rajeev holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oregon State University.
