Meera V S has extensive experience in customer experience and supply chain management, currently serving as Head of Customer Experience and Head of E-commerce Strategy at LYNK Logistics since April 2016, where efforts focus on building India's premier on-demand intra-city logistics platform. Previously, Meera held the position of Project Manager for Supply Chain Process Excellence at Flipkart, where responsibilities included streamlining processes and enhancing profitability through strategic projects. At Mahindra Rise, as a Program Manager, Meera was involved in developing business strategies and optimizing product development processes. Meera also has experience from internships and roles at Tata Motors and Caterpillar Inc., contributing to significant operational improvements. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a B.Tech. in Industrial Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
