Marcos Santana has extensive experience in software development and technical leadership, holding the position of Líder técnico at Caf since December 2022, overseeing two squads focused on identity fraud prevention. Prior roles include Software Engineer at unico IDtech, where Marcos contributed to high-quality solutions in a Kubernetes environment, and at Neon, helping improve user conversion and combat identity fraud in Brazil's first digital bank. Additional experience encompasses backend development at Itaú Unibanco for a client benefits platform, creating scalable systems at Leroy Merlin, and working on IoT solutions at Navis. Marcos holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Data Science and ongoing Bachelor's in Computer Science, with a background in Electrical Engineering. Notable academic work includes research in Computer Vision and Deep Learning during a scholarship at UEL.
