Luca Rager is a Senior Frontend Engineer at Amazon, specializing in design technology and frontend engineering for Alexa Entertainment UX since July 2022. Additionally, Luca serves as a mentor for the 2018 SAP.io class at Techstars. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer & Designer at Microsoft, where contributions were made to the Xbox R&D team and the development of the Xbox design system, along with work on the Beam (now Mixer) product team. Luca co-founded SpaceCP Ltd and held the position of Lead Frontend Engineer & Lead Designer at Beam Interactive, Inc. Other relevant experience includes working as a Frontend Engineer at MCProHosting LLC. Academic achievements include a degree in Automation and Computer Engineering from Università Politecnica delle Marche and a high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico Galileo Galilei.
