Lorna Tangirala is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer service management and financial operations. Currently serving as General Manager of Customer Service for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh at Amazon since April 2018, Lorna holds additional responsibilities as the DEI lead for Customer Service India. Prior to Amazon, Lorna spent nearly 18 years at HSBC, advancing from Center Director to Global Head of Name Screening and Head of Global Service Centres for Financial Crime Risk operations. Lorna's career began in financial accounting with roles at Tata Communications and ITC Limited from 1988 to 1998. Lorna earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Francis College for Women.
