Lillian Cormier Stephenson, M.Ed, is a Senior Training and Development Specialist at Amazon since April 2022, where responsibilities include leading the development and management of customized virtual instructional programs for onboarding and training new employees. Prior to this role, Lillian served as an Instructional and Development Specialist at Houston ISD from August 2012 to April 2022, overseeing the design and implementation of scalable instructional training programs. Lillian's notable achievements include directing a significant transition of training materials to a centralized system to enhance accessibility. Lillian holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Lamar University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Houston-Downtown.
