Lalitha Venkateswaran is a seasoned Senior Program Manager and Content Strategist at Amazon, with extensive experience leading strategic initiatives in the Device, Digital, and Alexa Support organization. With over five years of people leadership experience, Lalitha has managed large global teams focused on optimizing customer support content. Prior to Amazon, Lalitha served as an Independent Instructional Design Consultant for IMC AG, and held various roles at Microsoft, including Training Delivery Operations Program Manager and Learning & Development Program Manager for the EMEA region, where responsibilities included orchestrating training programs and overseeing operational aspects. Earlier career experiences include instructional design roles at 24X7 Learning Solution Private Limited and Accenture, where foundational skills in e-learning design were developed. Lalitha holds an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Bangalore University.
