Kristiana Helmick is an accomplished leader in the e-commerce and marketing sectors, currently serving as Director of Brand Shopping Experience at Amazon since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kristiana was Chief Revenue Officer at Perch, a technology-driven commerce company focusing on the acquisition and operation of D2C brands. Kristiana's extensive tenure at Amazon from 2008 to 2021 included key positions such as Director of Buy with Prime, where foundational teams were established, and Director of Product and Software Development for Amazon Home, where innovative shopping experiences were developed. Additional experience includes leadership roles in the pet products division and management of newsstand products on Kindle devices. Before joining Amazon, Kristiana served as Vice President of Consumer Marketing at Time Inc., focusing on marketing for multiple high-profile publications.
