Jos Francis is an experienced software development manager currently leading the Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) team at Amazon since October 2017, where technology is built to automate and optimize the supply chain of physical goods. Prior to Amazon, Jos served as a Senior Technical Architect at Gravitant, an IBM Company, from November 2014 to September 2017, focusing on Hybrid IT Transformation for Fortune 500 clients. Jos also held several roles at Alcatel-Lucent from July 2005 to November 2014, including APAC Technical Development Manager and Development Lead, contributing to significant OSS/BSS solutions. Earlier career experience includes roles as Lead Engineer at HCL Technologies and Zoho Corporation. Jos holds a B.Sc in Mathematics from Loyola College, Chennai, and an MCA in Computer Science from Madras Christian College.
