Jo Shoesmith is a seasoned creative leader currently serving as the VP and Global Chief Creative Officer at Amazon since February 2020, where responsibilities include managing global cross-channel creative teams and overseeing collaboration with agency partners. Shoesmith also contributes to Baseball For All as an Advisory Board Member, advocating for girls' participation in baseball.
