Jen Hall serves as the Head of Studio126 Programming & Talent Relations globally at Amazon, overseeing creative programming and talent relations for Amazon’s Creator Studios since July 2021. Previously, Jen was the Sr. Talent Partnerships Manager at Amazon, playing a key role in the founding team of the Talent Services division, and worked as a Senior Partner Manager, collaborating with top talent to execute their creative visions across various Amazon platforms. Prior to Amazon, Jen served as the Director of Techstars Music, leading a startup accelerator program focused on innovation in the music industry. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Development Consultant at 5 Every Day and as a Talent Manager at Silva Artist Management, where responsibilities included overseeing the careers of prominent artists such as the Beastie Boys and Jenny Lewis. Jen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from UCLA and a diploma from Chadwick School.
