Janani Kalpathi has extensive experience in fleet and supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Manager Fleet Products Last Mile at Amazon since May 2016. With a background in leading teams across Europe for fleet operations and managing various logistics programs, Janani has previously held roles such as Sr. Manager, Program Management for Middle Mile and Manager for EU Fleet Operations. Prior to Amazon, Janani worked at OpSec Security, Inc. in roles such as Master Planner and Supply Chain Planner, implementing statistical forecasting and managing inventory investments. Janani's career also includes experience as a Global Constraints Management Analyst at Ford Motor Company and various internships, culminating in a Master's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
