Isaiah Flanagan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, continuous improvement, and logistics. Currently serving as Regional Maintenance Manager at Amazon since September 2024, Isaiah previously held the position of Director of Continuous Improvement for Carolina CAT under the Weisiger Group. With a strong background at Amazon from 2017 to 2023, Isaiah launched a significant robotics facility and progressed through various leadership roles, managing over 100 direct reports and honing expertise in Lean Operations, Project Management, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Prior roles include leadership in the Army National Guard as a 1LT Platoon Leader, logistics consulting, account sales management, and youth program supervision. Isaiah holds a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.
