Iasmi Florou is a Global Learning Quality Program Manager at Amazon since May 2017, having previously held the role of Senior Instructional Designer/Learning Experience Designer. Between September 2014 and April 2017, Iasmi worked as a Technical Author/Instructional Designer at Capita Education Software Services. Prior volunteer experience includes serving as a Student Support Officer at People's Uni, where responsibilities involved developing e-learning guidelines and facilitating online discussions, along with addressing technical queries related to Moodle VLE. An internship as an Administration Officer at Lifetime Learning occurred in early 2014. Iasmi holds a Master’s degree in Education and Technology from IOE - UCL, an E-learning Course Design certification from Sprott Shaw College, and a BSc in Education in Philosophy and Pedagogy from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
