Deepa Koka is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in human resources, specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), compensation, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Regional DEI Leader and Regional Compensation Leader for the APACMEA region at Amazon since September 2016, Deepa has previously held significant roles at Microsoft India from 2007 to 2016, including Talent Acquisition Leader and HR Leader for the Global Delivery Business. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Consultant and Industry Leader for IT/ITES at Aon, Compensation & Benefits Leader at Accenture, and C&B Manager at Tech Mahindra. Deepa holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Pune.
