Crystal Douglas has extensive experience in occupational therapy and consultations across various settings. Currently serving as an Accommodations Consultant at Amazon since August 2022, Crystal also provides occupational therapy consultation at OCS for clients involved in motor vehicle accidents and individuals in the multiple sclerosis society. Previous roles include Case Investigator at MPHI during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Occupational Therapist at Select Rehabilitation, where Crystal implemented individualized therapy plans. Additional experience includes pediatric occupational therapy and working with individuals with traumatic brain injuries. Crystal holds a B.S. in Movement Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Occupational Therapy from Baker College.
