Bozhena Bidyuk currently serves as the Director of Engineering for the Routing team within Amazon's Last Mile Organization since June 2023. Prior to this role, Bozhena led a 70-person engineering organization at Uber, specializing in Maps, Routing, Navigation, and TripContext from March 2019 to June 2023, focusing on core platform services for various business lines. Bozhena's career began at Google, where progression through three promotions culminated in a position as Sr. Staff Software Engineer from August 2006 to March 2019. Bozhena holds a PhD and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UC Irvine, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Methods of Systems Analysis from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.'
