Adriana Lucia, MSHRM, currently serves as an HR Manager at Amazon, having progressively advanced through various roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner since July 2019. Prior to Amazon, Adriana held the position of Human Resource and Administration Intern at CARE, where responsibilities included supporting the HR Director, leading wellness initiatives, and conducting salary data analysis. Adriana's earlier experience includes an internship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, providing administrative support in the Office of The Director of Policy. Adriana holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from FIU Chapman Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Georgia State University.
