Al Melendez has extensive experience in sales and technical roles within the construction and equipment sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of Sales for the Construction, Rental & Export Divisions at Amazon Hose and Rubber Company since December 2011. Prior positions include Product Manager for the Large Diameter Hose Market, Territory Manager, and Inside Sales Representative at the same company. Al's career began at Holland Pump as an Installation and Service Tech 2 from 2003 to 2008, followed by a role as Shop Foreman and Lead Service Tech at Northern Tool + Equipment from 2008 to 2011. Al is educated in sales and marketing with specialized training from Sandler and holds an Associate of Arts degree in Auto Cad/Architectural design from Florida Technical College.
