Caroline Steeves is a Registered Behavior Technician currently placed within a school and has been with Amazing Transformations since May 2023. Caroline also serves as a Sales Associate at J. Jill, contributing to community outreach programs and managing the store's Instagram page since September 2022. Previously, Caroline worked at The Funplex from April 2021 to May 2023, holding the position of Waterpark Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 60 lifeguards, resolving guest conflicts, and overseeing opening and closing procedures. Additionally, Caroline trained lifeguards as a Team Trainer at The Funplex, conducting seasonal training sessions for all staff. Caroline's earlier experience includes serving as a Sales Lead and keyholder at Pandora, where management of a team of 12 and ensuring customer satisfaction were key duties. Caroline is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Rowan University, with an expected graduation in December 2023, following the attainment of a High School Diploma from Bishop Eustace Prep School in May 2019.
