Rachael McCarthy is an experienced professional with a strong background in psychology and interior design. Currently serving as Team Leader and Autism Advisor & Triage Coordinator at Amaze since February 2023, Rachael previously held various roles at Bates Smart from October 2005 to November 2023, including Studio Director and Associate Director. Earlier career experiences include positions at Pringle Brandon, Watermark Architecture & Interiors, HBO+EMTB, and DAVENPORT CAMPBELL & PARTNERS PTY LIMITED, where Rachael contributed as a Senior Interior Designer and Associate Partner.
