Alysha Paxia Susilo is a seasoned professional in product management and digital marketing, currently serving as the Senior Lead Product Manager at Amartha since September 2020, where responsibilities include leading a product team and shaping product vision and strategy. In addition, Alysha has been a Product & Digital Marketing Instructor at RevoU since January 2021, teaching over 300 students about CRM and product marketing. Prior experience includes roles at Kitabisa.com as a Product Manager and Customer Relationship Management Specialist, and at CROWDE in Lifecycle Marketing and Customer Success. Alysha began their career in marketing with Lovian Inc. and has also gained journalistic experience through internships at PERUM LKBN ANTARA and Suara Merdeka Group. Alysha holds a Bachelorā€™s degree in Communication Science from Diponegoro University.
