Fredrik Alvarsson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Group CEO at Birger Bostad since January 2021 and a member of the Investment Committee at Amaron Real Estate, Fredrik has held various leadership positions including Partner and CEO at SHH Samhällsfastigheter AB, and CEO at CA Fastigheter AB. Additionally, Fredrik has been involved with Serneke as a board member and has contributed to the development of Hemsö Fastighets AB and NCC in significant roles. An educational background includes degrees from Lund University, Chalmers University of Technology, IHM Business School, and the Stockholm School of Economics, where Fredrik focused on real estate, total quality management, and business development.
