PMgr Rozaini Nizar, fmipfm, currently serves as the Head of Group Asset Management and Administration at Amanah Raya Berhad since March 2023, overseeing management restructuring and the Administration Department. With extensive experience in property management, PMgr Rozaini has held key roles including Director at Firdaus & Associates Property Professionals Sdn Bhd and Head of Property Management Division across various organizations. PMgr Rozaini is recognized as a Professional Property Manager and has been associated with multiple professional bodies such as MIPPM and RISM. Education includes a Master of Real Estate from the University of Malaya, a Registered Property Manager degree, and a BBA (Hons) in Business Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia, complemented by a Diploma in Business Management from the University of Wales.
