Reut Shany-Meydad serves as the Head of Organizational Learning & Innovation at Amal Educational Network since 2012, where responsibilities include developing and implementing modern learning and development programs aimed at personal and organizational growth. Previously, as the Manager of EdTech Programs, Reut managed the training and integration of advanced educational technologies across over 60 high schools in Israel. Reut's earlier experience includes working at E-Dulog from 2010 to 2012 in E-Learning Integration, focusing on ICT implementation and teacher training, and at Spark Networks from 2003 to 2007 as Project Manager for Localization, overseeing projects between the headquarters in Los Angeles and the Israeli office. Reut holds a Master of Arts in Hebrew & Semitic Linguistics from Bar-Ilan University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Education and Hebrew Linguistics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
