Arto Kauppila is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Amadeus since October 2013, currently serving as Team Lead for Nexwave Factory, focusing on new venture creation and early validations. Previous roles include Strategic Advisor within the Amadeus Nexwave Business Incubator, where methodologies like Lean Startup were employed for venture building, and Industry Affairs Manager, driving public-private partnership initiatives and stakeholder engagement strategies. Arto has also contributed significantly to Corporate Social Responsibility programs, enhancing processes and reporting across the organization. Arto's educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Helsinki, complemented by an Erasmus Exchange Program at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
