Ana Doval currently serves as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Amadeus, a position held since 2002. Doval has held various leadership roles within the company, including Global HRBP for the Hospitality Division, Corporate HR Director for Organizational Effectiveness and M&A, and HR Director for Asia Pacific, among others. Prior to joining Amadeus, Doval worked at Marks and Spencer from 1995 to 2001, where positions included Human Resources Director for Spain and Portugal and regional HR leadership roles in Madrid and Barcelona. Doval began a career in human resources as an Assistant HR Manager in various locations across London, Paris, and Madrid from 1992 to 1995.
