Jana D. is a seasoned leadership development and career coach with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as a Leadership Development and Career Coach at Placemark Solutions, Inc. and Ama La Vida, Jana has a history of working with high-performance leaders from Fortune 100 companies and supporting award-winning creative teams. Previously, Jana held key positions at Sony Pictures Animation, where the role involved building a global recruiting department, and worked as a coach and consultant for Nickelodeon Animation. The foundational career began in human resources at Warner Bros. and Aon Corporation, with early recruitment roles establishing a strong background in talent management. Jana D. holds a Master of Science in Management, Leadership, and Organizational Development from Purdue Global, along with a BA in Psychology and Business from Coe College, and completed Coach Training for Leaders from 2020 to 2021.
