Carola Adam Kirwin ACC, MSc., is an accomplished leadership and performance coach with extensive experience in training and organizational development. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Ama La Vida and a Leadership & Performance Coach at Valor Performance, Inc., Carola has a strong focus on enhancing leadership effectiveness and authenticity through personalized coaching, leadership training, and 360 feedback facilitation.
