Darlene Williams has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Product Development Specialist at AMA Insurance since October 2005. In this role, Darlene monitors all aspects of the product lifecycle for various insurance products, including hospital indemnity, disability income, and Medicare supplement, as well as new offerings like legal services and travel insurance. Prior to this, Darlene worked as a Claims/Customer Service Representative at the IRON WORKERS TRI-STATE WELFARE FUND, where responsibilities included processing claims for medical, dental, and vision services for over 300 employees. Additionally, Darlene held the position of Customer Service Manager at Allied Benefit Systems from 1993 to 2001. Darlene also holds a certification in Biblical and Ministerial Studies from Trinity Ministries, completed between 2003 and 2007.
