Kelley Lightner has extensive experience in organizational development and training, currently serving as Manager of Organizational Development & Learning at AM General LLC since January 2018. Prior to this role, Kelley held the position of Continuing Education Coordinator and Technology Specialist at Elkhart Community Schools from February 2015 to January 2018. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law Humanities from Michigan State University.
