Katerina Sheardova is a Clinical Researcher at the International Clinical Research Center, St. Anne's Teaching Hospital in Brno since January 2010, with a focus on the epidemiology of dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Research interests include the identification of biomarkers for diagnosis and the exploration of lifestyle factors, particularly spirituality, in relation to the prediction and progression of Alzheimer's disease. Prior to this role, Katerina served as a Neurologist at the Specialized Center for Dementia and Cognitive Disorders in the 1st Neurology Department from 2004 to 2010.
