Niranjan Bose is an experienced leader in global health, currently serving as the Executive Director (interim) and Advisory Board Member for the Alzheimer's Disease Data Initiative, alongside ongoing roles as Managing Director for Health & Life Sciences at Gates Ventures and Affiliate Associate Professor at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation. With a diverse background that includes board member positions at Vellore Christian Medical College Foundation and Last Mile Health, as well as previous leadership roles at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and GH Labs, Niranjan specializes in data-driven decision-making and strategic guidance in health initiatives, particularly in Alzheimer’s disease and infectious diseases. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Biochemistry from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and advanced studies in Biological and Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, complemented by a Business Bridge Diploma from The Tuck School of Business.
