Nikola Matějovská has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nikola worked as a Finance Accountant at Alza.cz a.s. from May 2017 onwards, where they handled double-entry accounting and managed the complete accounting for the subsidiary companies Alza.hu Kft and RUR Robotics s.r. Prior to this, they served as a Network Coordinator at Europ Assistance from October 2015 to May 2017. In this role, they specialized in supplier network management, including sourcing, collaboration, training, and conflict resolution. Nikola also maintained an internal database and communicated with suppliers. Before that, from June to September 2015, they worked as an Animator at Metamorfosi Animazione. Nikola started their career as a Network Assistant at Europ Assistance from May 2014 to May 2015, where they assisted in supplier management, database updating, communication, and administrative tasks.

Nikola Matějovská began their education at Obchodná akadémia v Trnave from 2007 to 2012, where they completed their high school education with a bilingual focus in Slovak and German economics. Nikola then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Management at Prague University of Economics and Business from 2012 to 2016. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to earn an Inženýr (Ing.) degree in Business Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Management CZU Prague from 2017 to 2019.
