Monica Kothari is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering management and a strong commitment to social initiatives. Currently serving as an Advisory at Alyssum Global Services since November 2022 and as the Founder of Dare2Express since August 2015, Monica focuses on artistic expression and community building. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Delphix, Engineering Manager at Amazon, and Engineering Team Lead at Yahoo!, where significant contributions to product development and management were made. With a solid foundation in software engineering, demonstrated by early career positions at Informatica and Inner Space Info Research, Monica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Mody College of Engineering and Technology.
