Tracy Fuller

Tracy Fuller has a strong background in financial management and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. From 1997 to 2006, they served as the Controller/CFO at MYTECH Corporation Inc, where they played an integral role in the sale of the company to Hubbell, Inc. During their time at MYTECH, Tracy created a "Data Room" for a Venture Capital firm and worked closely with Hubbell, Inc.

From 2001 to 2006, Tracy worked at Hubbell Building Automation as a Controller, overseeing financial, HR, and IT functions for a manufacturing business unit. Tracy was responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and the management of accounting and administrative personnel.

Tracy then joined Criteria Labs in 2006 as the CFO, where they managed financial, HR, and IT functions for a back-end semiconductor organization. Tracy was accountable for internal and external reporting, financial analysis, human resources, and outsourced IT responsibilities.

Tracy's most recent role was as the Controller at Aly Energy Services, Inc. from 2014 to present. In this position, they managed and performed all financial functions for three operating entities within an oilfield services provider. This included financial reporting, analysis, billing, collections, payables, reporting, and payroll functions.

Tracy Fuller obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Tracy attended the school from 1991 to 1994.
